Miramaya must be informed of the fault within 14 days of receipt of the garment.

Due to the fact that each garment is customized for you, returns are accepted only if the garment is faulty.

For any garment we deem faulty you can either:

1. have the item replaced and receive a credit of 50% of the original cost to be used on any item.

2. receive credit of 150% of the original cost to be used on any item in store.

Garments must be unworn, unwashed, or otherwise unused with all original tags/labels attached.

We will pay for return shipping once we have determined that the item is faulty.

We promise to go out of our way to make your experience as positive as possible.
