What is the Warrior Archetype?

"Those who defeat others are strong, those who defeat themselves are mighty." Tao Te Ching Chapter 33.

The Warrior archetype is about taking complete and total ownership of all aspects of your life, the good, the bad, the ugly, the blissful, the shameful.

It’s about letting go of the narrative of victimization and recognizing that you are the great mastermind of your experience and your reality has been designed for the greatest evolution of your soul.

The Warrior is made in the cauldron of challenge. Like the element of carbon, she has stood the test of time, withstanding extreme pressure in order to crystallize into a diamond. Having turned pain into power, time and time again, she knows what she is made of, and can look back on her experiences with a sense of strength and power.

Our world today is calling upon all of us to lift the veils of illusion and step fully into the Warrior archetype. But for most of us the battle is not on the battlefield, it’s in the subterranean precincts of our subconscious mind.

Answering the call of the Warrior is about becoming conscious of all belief systems, dogmas, and creeds designed to make us weak, complacent, and disconnected from our true power.

This journey is one of many deaths, but the Warrior is not afraid to die, because she knows that death and life are opposite ends of the same spectrum, spring comes from winter, and the challenges of her life, the many deaths she will face, are designed to reveal her true power.

She claims full responsibility for the reality she creates and doesn’t let the hardships of life stop her from rising again and again. Communing with all shadows, banishing all lower toxic energies. Living as the authority of her life.

Activating the Warrior Within

The embodiment of the warrior is the bravest work of your life. It requires discipline, focus, and commitment. Masculine virtues that need to be cultivated in order to build resilience and strength.

  1. Detoxify your system from parasites

The warrior archetype operates on a healthy body and a clear mind. Attaining this often requires a process of clearing and cleansing both inner and outer environments.

Parasites, whether physical or metaphorical, can drain your energy and leave you feeling distracted, stuck, and unable to show up. Getting rid of parasites is key for you to reclaim the energy and motivation you need to embody your Warrior fully and tackle your life with total mastery.

Parasites are tiny organisms that can live in the body and feed off of its nutrients, leaving you feeling tired, weak, and sick, depressed, or anxious. They can also cause chronic inflammation and damage to internal organs, leading to serious health issues such as autoimmune disorders, digestive problems, and even cancer.

By detoxifying your system from parasites, you can rid your body of these harmful organisms and restore balance to your internal environment.

Equally as important is detoxing from energy vampires by learning to set boundaries with others. Find out more about boundary-setting by referring to the Queen archetype.

By cutting these ties, you can surround yourself with more positive and supportive people, leading to happier and more fulfilling relationships.

In conclusion, detoxifying your system from parasites in both the physical and metaphysical sense is a crucial step in optimizing your health and performance and giving you a sense of empowerment and control over your life.

  1. Build strength and fluidity in your physical body

Your body is the gateway to you achieving your highest potential. The Warrior knows this and understands that it’s by pushing through pain and discomfort that you become the greatest version of yourself.  In order to succeed, you must be willing to endure pain and rewrite its meaning.

Here are some ways to develop your body

  1. Incorporate resistance training: Resistance training, such as weightlifting, helps to build muscle mass and strength. Aim for two to three days per week of resistance training, focusing on different muscle groups each day.
  2. Practice yoga: Yoga is an excellent way to build strength and flexibility in your physical body. It can help to increase muscle tone and improve balance, coordination, and core strength.
  3. Incorporate cardio exercise: Cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, or swimming, help to improve cardiovascular fitness and endurance. This can help to increase your overall stamina and energy levels.
  4. Stretch regularly: Stretching is essential for maintaining flexibility and preventing injuries. Incorporate stretching into your workout routine, and also take time to stretch before and after each workout.
  5. Eat a balanced diet: Eating a diet rich in protein, carbohydrates, and healthy fats can help to fuel your body and support muscle growth. Aim for a balance of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and healthy fats in your diet.
  6. Get enough sleep: Sleep plays a crucial role in muscle recovery and growth. Aim for at least 7-8 hours of sleep per night to ensure your body has enough time to recover and rebuild muscle tissue.
  7. Practice mindfulness: Incorporating mindfulness into your physical practice can help you to stay focused and present in the moment. This can help to improve your technique, form, and overall performance.
